The South West Exeter masterplan covers an area which includes a small part of Alphington in Exeter City Council's boundaries and a larger area on the northern edge within Teignbridge District Council's boundaries.   This site is being progressed in accordance with the respective Local Development Framework (LDF) of the two local authorities.

In line with our vision to deliver growth in Exeter and East Devon through the development of sustainable communities, our approach for the South West Exeter masterplan is to provide high density housing together with employment opportunities in the most sustainable way possible. 

The masterplan for this area is being progressed by LDA Design.
