Matford Green Business Park represents the third and final phase of the 100 acre (40 Ha) Matford Park commercial development area.
Since commencing development in 1996, Matford Park has developed as one of the major employment centres for Exeter with over 750,000 sq ft of built space.

Exeter based developer, Eagle One, has been appointed as Project Manager on behalf of land owner, Prego Developments Limited. Bespoke buildings can be made available on either a freehold or leasehold basis. Freehold serviced development plots are also available.
Infrastructure works have commenced on site.
A planning application has been submitted to provide ancillary retail/restaurant support facilities on site.
